David, Financial / Human Resource

David is currently the Financial/Human Resources Manager for Specialty Heating & Cooling. His responsibilities include AP/AR, payroll, financial statements, and other related duties. David's love of numbers, his meticulousness in ensuring that everything comes out correctly to the penny, as well as his 15 years experience in accounting, make him the perfect fit for this position. David is a licensed pilot as well as an experienced thespian who loves to perform in community theater when time permits.

JJ, Sales/Marketing

JJ has a diverse background in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditiong), starting in 1977 with General Electric. Her experience in Manufacturing, Advertising & Sales Planning, Credit and Collections, Marketing and Sales has proven to be a real asset to SHC. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy golf, tennis and traveling.

Andrea, Service Supervisor & Installation Coordinator

Andrea leads our Service Team and also has responsibilities of Installation Coordinator. Not only will you talk with her if your system needs servicing, but she also takes care of pulling permits and arranging final inspections after new installations.

Mike, Vice President

Partner and Vice President of Specialty Heating and Cooling. Prior to joining Specialty Heating in 2008, Mike had worked for 30 years in the HVAC industry in a diverse range of responsibilities from technician to large corporation trainer and wholesale territory manager. Mike and his family are proud residents of Tualatin.
