Norm Matheis started the company then named Specialty Heating & Fabrication, in 1985. Prior to that, as a HVAC professional, Norm worked for eight years in sheet metal fabrication and system installation of heating and cooling systems with both new home builders and homeowners. He also spent four years in Local 16’s sheet metal and apprenticeship program. Today, still a HVAC professional, Norm continues to be very hands-on and leads SHC with a zealous desire to surpass the needs of our customers by making their experience a memorable one.

Recently, Mike Morgan joined our team with a vested interest as Vice President. Mike has a diverse and thorough background as a HVAC professional, from owning his own heating and air conditioning company, to being a HVAC professional sales representative for a leading HVAC manufacturer and a leading HVAC distributor.
