By asking a series of questions to assess your needs, Bob will schedule an appointment for a Comfort Consultant to arrive at your home or business and provide a professional estimate for a new heating, cooling, and/or indoor air quality system. If you’re interested in a new gas fireplace, insert, or log-set, Bob will be more than happy to arrange an evaluation to showcase the various units Heat-N-Glo has to offer.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bob provides a broad range of expertise in customizing heating and cooling systems for your home or business. He has been with SHC since 1987.
Mark, Geothermal System Advisor (mark@specialtyheating.com):
Mark has worked in the HVAC industry since 2007 in various roles from consulting to design & sales. His background includes extensive formal training in customer service, communication and client management. Together with the other members of the team at Specialty Heating, he offers the ideal network to provide all levels of Commercial Services from Custom Maintenance Programs to equipment design & replacement opportunities. Mark is passionate about identifying specific client needs and designing custom solutions that work. His personal work philosophy revolves around a “Clients for Life” treatment approach and he looks forward to serving your needs. He also has extensive training in geothermal ground loop heat pumps, residential HVAC and ductless mini-split systems.

Cory started with SHC as a Service Technician in 2000. All of our customers loved him and thought he should be in sales. Lucky for us, he joined our sales team in 2003. Cory brings trust and integrity to the sales process. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to help his customers find the best solution for their ultimate home comfort.

Nic has been in the HVAC Industry since 1997 in the Portland Metroplex. He grew up in this industry as the son of a Service Technician. Now as a father himself of two small children Nic's first passion is spending time with his family followed by a passion of working with customers to help design the best heating and cooling system to meet their family's needs.
