Assist customers across the Portland metro area by installing home comfort systems such as air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, WiFi controls, and other state of the art indoor air quality products.

Experienced HVAC Installer:
This job is for an experienced HVAC installer looking to earn more at a top company! The position pays between $20 and $25 per hour and offers a $1,000 sign on bonus!
Installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, while supervising the work of other installers as needed.
-Must have a working knowledge of equipment installations.
Certifications and other qualifications.
-EPA refrigerant card
-Be able to Pass NATE core test
-Advanced understanding of job layout, design, and installation
-Proficient at residential and light commercial installations
-Advanced Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
-Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings
-Start up and trouble shoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units
-Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays and wiring diagrams
-Excellent customer relations skills and an open mind to think outside of the box
-Ability to train entry level personal
Experienced HVAC Service Technician:
This is an immediate opening for a qualified and experienced HVAC Service Technician that has a passion for quality customer service!
Provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing. Commercial experience may be helpful.
-Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
-Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
-Experience making repair and replace decisions./ promote accessory sales.
-LEB license helpful
-Advanced customer service skills.
-Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
-Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques helpful
Air Duct Sealing Specialist:
This job requires a certified repair person to repair and patch leaks in HVAC duct systems in order to save cooling, heating, and fan energy.
-Insurable by Company insurance carrier
-Valid drivers license
-PTCS Certified in WA or OR
-Follow directions as given, written and verbal
-Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.
-Safe use of ladders
-Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES
-Arrive on time with professional appearance
-Insulate ductwork with quality and efficiency
-Possess both written and verbal English language skills
