1. My heating system failed and I didn’t anticipate the expense. Are there financing options?
We have term or six and 12 month same-as-cash financing available. Most customers find that, in the long-term, a home equity loan is the best option since they can write the interest off their personal taxes. Our financing gives you the opportunity to move forward with a purchase and installation while you arrange for your home equity financing.
2. What kind of warranty do you offer?
We have a limited lifetime warranty on all of our materials and workmanship. We go above and beyond to offer you a warranty that far surpasses the one year required by law. Our warranty obligation is limited to replacement or repair of the defective part(s) or material(s) that we have provided, and does not include dirty filter(s), electrical disconnects, necessary roof penetrations through aged or deteriorated roofs, or fuel problems beyond our control. This warranty is good during our standard 40-hour workweek. Holidays and weekends are excluded.
3. What happens if I get a lemon?
No Worries! We offer a NO LEMON GUARANTEE for the original purchaser of our Carrier Infinity high efficient products. This guarantee, coupled with an Extended Parts and Labor Warranty, provides full replacement if the compressor fails on an outdoor unit, or the heat exchanger fails on a specific Indoor unit within five years of the Installation.
4. How do you clean ductwork?
We use a large industrial vacuum system that operates from a truck. In fact, all the contaminants are sucked through the hoses and collected in a large sealed box in the truck. This is a benefit to you because we do not bring a lot of equipment into your house.
5. I’ve heard of sanitizing. What is this about?
We sanitize with a machine called a fogger. We inject an EAP approved sanitizer (scented or unscented) directly into each vent opening and inject the fog directly into the air returns. This enables the fan in the furnace to pull the sanitizer throughout the system. It kills mold, mildew, fungus, bacteria, and other things that can contribute to odors or allergens.
6. What do you do to protect the environment from chemicals associated with my AC?
We reclaim and recycle used refrigerants as a routine procedure. We recycle old equipment and offer a full line of new equipment that uses earth friendly refrigerants.
7. I just put new carpeting in my home. Will your installers damage my floors and carpet
We are clean and respectful of your home and furnishings. Our technicians wear floor savers on their shoes at all times, and we use drop cloths and runners. We even vacuum after we finish the job.
