We offer furnace, air conditioner & heat pump service (repairs), sales and installation. While we can service any brand of equipment (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Ruud, Goodman, American Standard, and more!) we are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer. We believe that Carrier offers the most outstanding products, support and overall integrity in the heating & cooling world.
Specialty Heating & Cooling is located in Tigard, Oregon. We serve the greater Portland area and will travel to Beaverton, Hillsboro, Forest Grove, North Plains, North Portland, SW Portland, Portland metro, Gresham, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, West Linn, Canby, Wilsonville, Tualatin, Lake Oswego and any other community in that general area.
We believe we’re pretty fantastic at everything that involves the comfort of your home. Here is a brief list of common services we provide on a daily basis:

Specialty Heating & Cooling is primarily a residential heating & cooling contractor however we have an extremely strong commercial department as well that provides customized regular maintenance programs as well as affordable replacement choices.
