Our maintenance agreement supports regular equipment care while providing practical service benefits. Members receive a 15% discount on all repairs and priority scheduling. Weekend and after-hour calls are available at standard rates under the agreement.

An EZ-Pay monthly payment option is available for the maintenance agreement. Financing is also available for system installations, providing another way to plan for a new furnace when replacement becomes the preferred option.

Guidance on Utility Incentives

At Specialty Heating & Cooling, we’re an Energy Trust of Oregon participating contractor and a Portland General Electric approved contractor. Energy Trust of Oregon offers incentive programs for qualifying heating and cooling equipment upgrades by Oregon utility customers. Eligibility depends on the equipment, project, and applicable program requirements, so incentives aren’t guaranteed for every installation.

We can provide guidance about potential utility incentives while planning qualifying work. We also recycle metals and refrigerants on every project.
